“Unfortunately, our room was not as clean as expected. It wasn't filthy, but there was food debris in the sink drain, crumbs in the drawers, and hair in the shower. My bigger concern was a water leak in one of our rooms (Room 120). It appeared to be an ongoing issue rather than something that had just occurred.
