“Booked my room on Expedia and paid in full. When I arrived I was charged again by the hotel, once I questioned it he said he would credit it back. It was never credited back, I called there 3 times and have talked to different people who said it would be credited back and I’m still waiting… I checked out early due to my room smelling like cigarette smoke and I just didn’t have a good feeling staying in the room. Overall probably wouldnt book again.”

“Access thru exterior entry door with room key could not be done, making access from the parking lot inconvenient. When issue of toilet and linens (stay was 6 nights) arose, staff was pleasant and accommodating.”

“Good breakfast with a nice room to eat in. Room was quiet.”

“The room’s heat didn’t work which means the a/c didn’t work. We had a dog friendly room and the carpet has never been replaced, anywhere in the hotel. The staff was very very helpful, but it is an old hotel which have never been updated.”
