"I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. First, I would like to compliment you on the beautiful renovation of the hotel; the updates are truly impressive and aesthetically pleasing.However, I wanted to bring a specific issue to your attention regarding the plumbing. The water flow in the WC is exceptionally loud. Because the walls are quite thin, the noise from the toilet flush is highly noticeable and became rather annoying during my stay.Adjusting or reducing the water flow rate could likely resolve this issue and significantly improve the comfort of the room. I hope this constructive feedback is helpful for future adjustments, as the hotel itself is lovely."

"An excellent breakfast is on a self serve basis which includes cooking, if you wish an omelette or boiled eggs etc. The restaurant was closed when we were staying but it is an easy walk to the supermarket, the pub and a good Vietnamese restaurant. Bus and tram into town close by."

"The hotel is modern, a bit outside of town, but a street car runs right by it. The staff is extremely helpful and explained to us how to get into the center of the city and back. Breakfast buffet is plentiful. There is a spa area but we didn't use it. The one drawback is that while the toilet is in a separate room, the shower and sink are in a corner of your bedroom. That means that one is waking up the other person when using the sink, or when showering. Not a great setup for a hotel. To top it off, the shower has a narrow window that runs the height of the shower. Why? Again bad for privacy, or if you want to keep your partner dreaming. Part of the complex is a Michelin star restaurant and a casino, neither one we tried."

"Nice room with very spacious bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good with plenty of choices. Score gets dinged because the room was too warm (and it was too warm to have windows open). There was a thermostat in the room and could feel the cold air coming out of the vent, but it was not enough air flow to affect the room temp."

"Excellent location and loved the apartment. Very quiet, close to everything, nice and bright, just like the photos. On the downside - the host never confirmed how to check-in/get keys, didn't respond to communications in-app and didn't answer the phone. It was very stressful but I was finally able to reach her and get directions via WhatsApp. Address provided in the app and via WhatsApp was incorrect and we had trouble finding it (luckily local police helped us!). Once in the building, the number of apartment provided was also wrong. Finally, the oil was spilled at the steps in the building and was never cleaned up by the building owners. Nothing to do with the apartment but I slipped and fell on day one. At the time of check-out 3 days later, the oil was still not cleaned up (although we didn't report it to be fair). Overall, I would recommend the apartment highly, but just be aware of communication with the host."
