"31 Page is in a convenient location for getting to other areas in Seoul. The room was clean and comfortable. It is next to the train lines, but I wasn't particularly bothered by noise. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to sleep with cool decor."
"32°C summer, lobby was air-conditioned but the room was not. (The info booklet in the room said the aircon was hooked up to the building's central air, so we weren't allowed to control it). Couldn't imagine trying to sleep there.
I had intended to stay at this hotel before moving somewhere else long-term, but ended up going to the other place immediately to sleep and using this hotel room as just a luggage staging area."

A staff member who was still friendly welcomed me. Having a staff member who can speak Japanese is a great advantage.
They also ran a free breakfast. I didn't eat and just looked around, but it looked delicious.
Coffee is free, too. Washing machines and dryers are also free if you just buy detergent.
I feel this every time, but Dongdaemun at night...
"Very clean facility, close to seoul central market and sindang station (5 min). For the location, price and the giant tub, definitely worth the price!! Clarify all check in details in advance and you won’t encounter any issues."

"Not much to do around the immediate area but the location has easy access to lots of transit which is super helpful. You can also walk like 15 minutes to Ikseon-dong which has lots of yummy food."
"Nice and quiet neighborhood, with a a subway exit with an elevator right outside the door to the hotel - great option for those with a stroller / who need the elevator."
"Great place to stay at a reasonable price in this area of Seoul. The breakfast that was included was excellent, offering both western and Korean inspired options. Staff and cleaners were very considerate and left extra towels and water outside of our room while we were out.
I would consider staying here again in the future. "

Shower was good with decent products provided. But one wall in the bedroom was very grimy and stained.
The staff were not very friendly and did not make you feel like a valued guest; There were many signs and rules telling you what you mustn’t do! (And a poster promising you a gift if you gave a good review online!).
The hotel is located in a backstreet area, not sure I would feel comfortable walking there alone at night, on the plus side there was a nearby subway station. "
