“Had a fantastic time ,the cottage is lovely ,and the location to everything you need is on your doorstep ,we loved it so much we've booked for next year .”

“Everything you need. Doesn’t have Wi-Fi or good signal for your phone but it didn’t bother us as we were out and about exploring the surrounding countryside. I would recommend if you want a peaceful holiday.”

“This was a fantastic property. It was very well maintained and comfortable. Super well equipped, not only with all the nice things to have in a rental (coffee!) but tons of kids toys and books which was great. We loved the garden; were in and out all day. And we thoroughly enjoyed the village: ate at Ali's and The Ship Inn & visited the church, beach, and playground. Can't recommend this property highly enough!”

“Very clean and well equipped. Short distance to seafront and bus stop 100m away for buses to Cromer & Sheringham. We had a very minor issue and the owner was brilliant, sorting it straight away and checking back. Ideal for a couple of a family.”

“Well Cottage was perfect. We are a mid 70’s couple and used to our creature comforts. All the essential amenities were provided and plenty of them. We loved Holt and enjoyed all it had to offer. Great staying so close to the town centre- we ate out every night and only used the car to visit other places during the day. Thank you for everything, Chris.”

“The cottage was perfect and delightful with the house being very picturesque with plenty of internal room and two bathrooms. Also the pub almost opposite the cottage was a good watering hole and the food was good.The location was ideal for exploring the Norfolk Broads and we clocked up many miles (both on land and on the rivers) and visited plenty of places. The beaches were magnificent and towns like Norwich with its Cathedral, Cromer, Great Yarmouth and Caister-on-sea did not fail. National……

“Superlage mit direktem Strandzugang, das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Der freundliche Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Umweltfreundliches Verhalten wird begrüßt (Mülltrennung) Super Sandstrand, nicht voll, Robben können oft beobachtet werden!”
