"Beautiful hotel, rooms and breakfast freshly cooked. However, when arrived they hadn't got the booking through, which also caused an issue at breakfast time. We arrived at breakfast at peak time but they could do with more staff as it was chaotic. Had to wait 20 mins for them to take the order and ..."

"Arrive to a wonderful sprawling driveway, easy and plentiful parking with beautiful clean fragrant front door entrance. That's where the splendour of Sprowston Manor finished. Reception had people sitting down waiting to check in. After standing waiting for someone to appear, I can honestly say. ..."

"Well stocked, warm and cosy, beds were comfortable. The location was great for access to the Broads and to nearby towns for shopping. Lovely stay."
