“The location was perfect. The resort had fun things to do but we were sad the pickleball was not available. Also had a problem with one of the chairs at the kitchen table. The seat was broken and had a large nail sticking out of the seat. Reached out to the owners but didn’t hear back right away. Thankful our daughter was not seriously hurt.Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and found it to be comfortable and well-kept. We do have a couple of suggestions that could make the space even better for future guests.First, placing the TV on a swivel mount would allow it to be viewed from the bed, which would add extra comfort and flexibility. Second, adding a small table with chairs inside the unit would provide a convenient space for meals/games or working indoors.Overall, we liked this condo and appreciated our stay.”

“Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. ”
