Hotel Maya Campeche is perfectly located, walkable, near everywhere you need to go. The whole city is very safe and quiet. The staff is super kind, helpful, pleasant, polite. The rooms are equipped with A/C and the entire hotel is maintained very nicely and clean at all times. I will definitely go back.

Very dirty hotel and dirty rooms with no toilet seats. We saw a rat in the reception area and decided we could not stay there. It looks nothing like the photos.
