“Was asked to cancel booking and rebook outside of VRBO. The lighter for the fireplace (the only source of heat) did not work, and there was no Kinlin for the fire to get light. The path to the yurt was confusing and not clear. I had to book a hotel room at 11:00 at night after arriving from my wedding. One of the worst experiences of my life. I will be conactacting VRBO when I get back from my honeymoon.”
