“Completely baffled how this property had such a high rating. Under new ownership possibly? Property was not clean and very much in need of maintenance. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were old, flat and smelled bad. Woke up with bites on my leg. Checked the bed in the morning and found obvious signs of bed bugs. Told property and he argued about giving me trash bags to bag my belongings. Also was told that he checked the room and he found nothing, despite being shown pics and videos. ”

“I was definitely pleasantly surprised by the Regency Inn. My room was large, had a huge TV and “real” towels. Everything worked and I felt safe. It was close to restaurants and stores. My biggest surprise was how large and diverse their breakfast was. I have never seen that kind of spread from such a small motel. Very impressed and would absolutely stay there again. ”

“It was a large comfortable room with everything we needed. Nice hot shower. Staff was communicative and helped us with an early check in. Hotel was close to wooded walking paths, very enjoyable. Would recommend. ”
