“Direction by the hosts was spot on!
Upon arrival we were a little early but as our room was ready they let us check in straight away.
Staff were all super friendly and even offered to bring our bags in.
Full guide or room was given.
The room was beautiful and facilities were excellent including a mini fridge, milk (and oat milk for hubby), bottled water, handmade herbal tea selection, even umbrellas in the wardrobe incase it was wet!
Breakfast was fabulous and really tasty, so much choice and……

“My husband and I stayed at the Ivydene with are two children from 8th-11th August, it's was such a lovely, welcoming place to stay.
The room was lovely and clean and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us.
The Breakfast choices were fantastic and there was something for everyone.
The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.
Perfect location for the beach and amenities.
We would highly recommend and definitely be booking again. ”

“We arrived at The Sherwood in Skegness late August 2025. We were able to park easily on the front area.
It is situated straight across from Tower Gardens and so convenient for almost everything any person could need.
We received clear instructions how to enter the secure front entrance door.
Our ground floor room was a delight, so clean and roomy, ideal for anyone with mobility issues, and very quiet.

“We only had the pleasure of staying at the Vine for one night but would have gladly stayed for ever what a amazing hotel the host Joe was outstanding from the moment we arrived at this most beautiful hotel you are greeted by the lovely Joe she showed us to our room which was like a five star hotel room sockets galore wardrobe dressing table cabinets tea and coffee facilities including herbal teas biscuits homemade cakes the list goes on oh yes sorry hairdryer dressing gowns slippers ok I’ll stop……

“We had a fantastic stay here whilst attending a wedding nearby. The owners were super helpful in terms of their communication ahead of our booking, as well as in answering all of our questions in the build up. The cooked breakfast in the morning was amazing and we really appreciated their friendliness and their suggestions for things to do in the nearby area.
