“Exactly like pictures and description, was able to fit 8 for a Hen Do, perfect location for beach and town etc. Hosts were really good during the welcome making sure we knew where everything was/ where to go if we needed anything.Only downside is parking but not unexpected due to how central it is. I'd stay here again if I ever planned another group trip to Brighton, an easy choice tbh”

“I had incorrectly booked the wrong dates foe my stay at this property which was a non refunderable booking with no option to alter or cancel. I contacted Hotels.com whpbafter speaking with the owners arranged my booking to be moved to the actual dates i required free of charge. The owners were under no obligation to do this but still allowed it without chargine me. I am very greatful for this as it was my error in the first place. “All of us loved, loved, loved Jonathan's beautiful home. The photos do not do justice to just how gorgeous this property and garden is. There are no immediate neighbours and its down a private lane. On the doorstep of such beautiful places to visit. Jonathan was a top host both in greeting us and showing us around, and being so flexible with our requests.
