Although we had a car, we took advantage of the bus that passes the property to get to Brighton for the day to avoid the traffic and parking. There is easy access to the beach via a lane just across the road and a nice walk to the Perch restaurant. The property was clean and is well equipped. It’s spacious with the bedroom at the rear, away from the occasionally busy road. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well - so important when traveling! ##### Simon G.
