Hotel and staff were amazing. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent. So many choices. Hotel is a bit out of the city, which was nice. Its right on the bus route so it's very easy to get into Lucerne. Highly recommended.

It was a great place to stay. Location is excellent if you don't want to be right in Lucerne. Lucerne is easily accessible, around 15 minutes by public bus or 10 minutes by car. Staff was awesome and, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Hotel Felmis was the highlight of our 2 week troupe through Europe! Incredible family and hospitality, so helpful, the restaurant was delicious and our rooms were spotless with COLD air conditioning. Highly recommend and so grateful of all of Patrick’s help!

Charming small hotel just 20-25 minutes by bus 21 from Lucerne station and city centre. Comfortable quiet room with good air-con. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of fresh breads, fruits, hot and cold dishes etc.

Room was well maintained, breakfast spread was extensive, and the staff were top notch in terms of friendliness. Bus stop right next to the hotel makes for easy transportation to/from downtown Lucerne. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for family stay

Clean and comfortable, the bed was top tier. Breakfast was fantastic and worth the additional cost. Free parking available but the spaces are extremely tight so you can’t get out of your vehicle, but I was able to park on the other side of the parking lot and paid 2CHF for 15 hours.

What a wonderful location and small hotel. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and delicious dinners with an open and inviting atmosphere. Walking distance to the town of Horw. Would happily stay again without hesitation.

Great hotel new Lucerne with one of the best breakfasts we ever ate at the hotel. It has a perfect location, easy access to everything by bus, and a very convenient parking lot. We would love to stay there again.

Very quiet area with bus stop right out front and free bus pass around Lucerne. Friendly staff and was great that they held our luggage after checkout while we went to Stanserhorn.
