Great stay and location for visiting Glasgow, particularly close to the main shopping areas which was great. Staff were super helpful and friendly allowing us to check in early and the free breakfast was great. We did find the rooms a little smaller than other Holiday Inns with the pull out sofa bed blocking the desk unit limiting space, but for a short stay it was fine.

The staff where so friendly,nothing was too much trouble.Especially the reception.Room was spotless,with king size bed.The breakfast was good choice with plenty of variety.Honestly i would recommend to anyone going to Glasgow.Thankyou,Holiday Inn Express,Riverside for everything.I will be back!!!

Last minute booking due to a delayed flight . The hotel was clean. Friendly and organized. Being a cashless hotel sucks cos I’m from overseas the exchange rate on every purchase hurts me a bit. My room was on the main road which was really noisy until the local pubs closed
