Generally helpful staff can help provide assistance to make up for the staff - the bar comes to mind - who stay busy disappearing into back rooms to avoid the guests. But the helpful staff members well make up for their more elevated colleagues.

I’d like to begin by thanking the restaurant staff and especially Murad, who was always really friendly and took extra care to make sure we were looked after. We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, with lots of activities and facilities to stay entertained. The bed and the bedding needs improvement though. The pillows and mattresses were not comfortable- and the sheets very corse. Overall a good experience
