The house of located in a very walkable area and it was very clean. I had good communication w the property owners. The only thing I'd add is that it would be more accurate to have the property listed as a 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom an open loft with a queen sofa bed. The photos made it look like the loft is in an additional enclosed bedroom with a door, but it's an open area (although it did have a lovely private bathroom). And the couch bed wasn't comfortable, so the person who ended up on it ended up with the short end of the stick. But the real highlight? The beds and pillows were out of this world! We all slept so comfortably, waking up refreshed and ready to explore each day. It honestly felt like sleeping in a luxury hotel!The location could not have been better—right in the heart of The Heights, with easy access to amazing restaurants, charming coffee shops, and boutique shopping. We loved being able to walk around and take in the unique character of the neighborhood. Plus, getting to downtown and other Houston hotspots was a breeze.And the price? Plenty of room, 4 bathrooms made it easy for us to all get ready, well stocked kitchen for cooking, and just enough fenced green space for our littles to be outside for a bit. Within easy walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and bars. Only slight downfall is parking is pretty tight but then again, that’s city life. Very clean. Felt safe. 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Primary bedroom closet is big enough for a pack n play (but bring extension cord if you need power) 3rd floor was a nice carpeted space with TV, pull out sofa, some kids toys and a full bath. The property looked just like the pictures. It was clean and very comfortable. Having 3 full bathrooms made it easy to get ready for the beautiful graduation we were attending. It was conveniently located near a grocery store. Our hosts Paola and Tim were immediately responsive to all of our requests. It we are in the area again we would definitely look to reserve this unit again.
