Maria’s place was perfect. Spacious and open and clean! Having 3.5 baths was so nice and convenient for getting ready and being on time. The beds were comfortable which was a big deal for me. I had a back fusion last year and there’s nothing like a comfortable bed! Any questions we had about the property or area were answered and addressed almost immediately after I messaged Maria. The location is great. The museum district is beautiful. Loved exploring Hermann Park and seeing Rice University. Close to the Metro Rail red line which is very easy to use. Amazing house! The house looks just like the pictures. The location is perfect for a variety of things. It is only a couple of miles to the museum and zoo. It was a convenient location to stay when planning to go to the NRG Stadium ( we went to the rodeo). It is very close to all of the restaurants in the Montrose area, not far from the Galleria, and also very close to downtown. The house had everything that we needed, including plenty of coffee and tea, which we really appreciated. You do have to walk up stairs to get to the main floor, and another flight to get to two of the bedrooms. This was no problem for us, but something to consider if you have difficulty with stairs. As a sidenote, if you plan to go to the Houston zoo, make sure that it is not free day. We went during spring break and it was a nightmare. This has nothing to do with the house, but just a note to help you plan. We are hoping to come back in 2023 again for the rodeo! Maybe even sooner if we’re lucky. ##### Jennifer D.
