The Osprey on the property are beautiful and so relaxing to watch! The Farmhouse is located near many Mohican attractions and one of our favorite restaurants, Wedgewing! We look forward to staying again!!"

"We stayed at the farmhouse for a weekend in April to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. The owners allowed us to check in early so we could decorate for the surprise. I was so excited to see that they left "feed" for us to feed all the animals. We had 4 kids all together, ages ranging from 9 to 14, and they loved feeding the animals and fishing in the pond. The back enclosed patio was perfect for us to gather and play board games. I highly recommend for a great time!"

"The home is beautiful and inviting. It was nice and peaceful. Having the outside grill was awesome. We stayed at the house Saturday night made steaks on the grill it was great. It was cool watching the cows and the babies"

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is great to visit local hiking & sites in Newark, Zanesville and surrounding areas. We would definitely stay again if in the area!"

"The property is gorgeous. We enjoyed fishing and ax throwing. One negative: we speciically chose this location because the description said it had a fenced in back yard for our dog. There was no fence. Other than that, we loved our stay and would go back again. The home with its wood trim and somewhat rustic look was just beautiful. Thank you!"

"We loved our stay in Apple Valley! This was our first time using VRBO. The host was very responsive and kind. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The updated interior was both beautiful and comfortable. I enjoyed the local artists work displayed throughout the home-such a nice touch! Plenty of extra blankets including throw blankets in the living room. Although we only stayed a weekend I miss drinking my coffee with a view of the lake. Highly recommend!"
