"The only recommendations is to insure propane is filled and little one activities. We loved the home! Only thing that was a concern for wifey was the spiders but a water hose(on property fixed that) super responsive if you need anything! Maybe throw in 9 holes (lol jk) the golf course was making fun of me the whole time lol. Taught the babies to catch lightning bugs(fire bees to them). Overall we’d easily come back!!"

"I was okay with location, but was unaware I had to go upstairs to use restroom.I have bad knees and this was really difficult to do. Also I luckily brought my own toiletries... those provided by host were open and previously used. Although the coffee pot had Keurig capabilities, the only coffee available was also open and previously used. I think for price things could have been better. Honestly I think Evan is just a young single gentleman that doesn't realize the effect these things have on...

"The property was absolutely amazing! Sitting on the dock with the lights on and a fire nearby is how we ended every night. Also, the house itself is much bigger than we even thought! The owners even stopped by an restocked our wood pile which was awesome! Overall this is an amazing place to rent out, and is a contender to be a reoccurring annual guys trip location!"

"This was our very first rental property experience and it was perfect. The cottage is just a cozy as it looks and the host Bethany is very quick to respond. This was a great get away for a peaceful weekend and we loved watching the cows and calf’s playing from the back deck. Truly a reset for us. We can’t thank Bethany enough for this stay!"

"We checked in and was very satisfied the cleanliness of the house. We had some deer in back yard on the one morning and just sat and watched them. We drove to Mohican adventures which was about 25-30 min away. House is located in a very nice community. No issues with anything and will be booking in the future."

"Perfect quiet area... We took a walk along the road and neighbors were so nice. Didnt get a chance to enjoy the patio but i imagine the warm days it will be a nice view! Definitely child friendly, family friendly home... Not far from Mohican State Park and Honey Run Falls! "

"This property looked brand new and was beautifully maintained. We stayed there instead of in the dorms for our 45th college reunion. The house was perfect for us. Great indoor and outdoor space for chatting. We'd book again in a heartbeat if Brenda is still VRBO'ing her home, when we come back in 5 years for the big 5-0."
