Room was clean but small. Only 1 chair (not very comfortable) in a room with a king-size bed makes it not very inviting in the daytime. Needs another chair. No hand soap at the sink. No hair dryer. No place to hang coats or other garments. Hard to find the spot to access hot water in the shower. Bed needed heavier blanket. About as basic as accommodations get. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

I’m not happy with this hotel. First of all, no alcohol is allowed in the hotel. You have to purchase it from the casino. Our room was dirty. We moved the nightstand and found a used tissue and a part of a rubber glove. Yuck. When I took a shower, the handle came off in my hand! There was some remodeling being done at the time of our visit. Other than that, the beds were comfy. But I will not be back.

Hotel is literally in the University of Minnesota campus so it was super convenient, rooms are spacious and clean and beds are very comfortable, the loony is very nice and they have free lemonade and popcorn and there is a chic filet and Starbucks right downstairs and a Dunkin across the street, I also tried their restaurant and liked it a lot, highly recommend for U of M parents

The staff was excellent. The valet drivers, the front desk, the waitresses in the restaurant and the customer service were all top shelf. Helpful and friendly with a smile on their face. The bed was worn down. The mattress needs to be flipped or something because there was a definite lean from the middle to the left edge due to the amount of use.
