“Spacious clean room with 2 king beds, cold air-conditioning, decent shower 5 minutes from airport, 6 minute cab to great Thai restaurant (near KFC). We were given early check-in at 11 am at no extra charge , 2 free bottles of water”

“Individual chalets with adjacent car port, suggesting this is more motel than hotel. Certainly not a 'resort'. Close to the airport but miles from anything else, just getting food delivered can be challenging. I'm sure the bed used to be a concrete tunnel support, the hardest mattress I've ever not been able to sleep on. Reception staff excellent, as is usual in Thailand.”

“Had an overnight stay at hotel due to early flight the next morning. The hotel is situated on what appears to be a backroad rural residential area although its minutes for the airport. Check-in was ok but it was obvious the hotel was empty and that they may have not been expecting my arrival. Once checked in, I was taken to my room which was nice to look at but you could tell it has not been used in a while, the towels were stiff, and bed linens needed to be tossed, the loft style room provided……

“What a disaster this turned out to be for a 2 night deluxe room stay. First night and day the room was great and recently updated. Only problem was the room is next to the balcony where people smoke. Happened to be there when a “smashed out of his head 95% of the time” young guest on the same floor would spend almost all day smoking weed on the balcony with the doors into the building floor wide open. I asked him multiple times to close the doors, I asked the staff to deal with it as our room……
