However, what really made this stay nice was the exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful staff and service. From the concierge to the breakfast staff. The breakfast was also a favorite experience of mine. When talking to the staff, we learned the dumplings came from a local Hualien dumpling place that has high ratings online. I liked being able to eat Hualien specialties without having to leave the hotel and walk distances to get them. We tried the dumplings and wontons and it was delicious. Another bonus if this hotel was the washer and dryer, which helped me clean me clothes during my trip.
