Overall good choice for travelers on a budget. Property was extremely difficult to find and signage was insufficient. The area is not very walkable. The property is new, and maybe not completely finished. Staff is not present all night, but are very friendly and professional, although they don't speak much English. The area is safe

The property is located at the end of alleyway. It’s hard to find the building. There are many piles of used plastic bottles and recycling cans along the way. The beds are literally just two mattresses on floor. The staff had No response to my request.

少し路地に入るのですが、夜の到着時間を知らせたら、係員がなんと道の前で待っていてくれていました。三階でしたが、エレベーターもあって、荷物移動も楽々。セブンイレブンもすぐ近く。チェックアウトまで誰にも合わず貸切。バスタブのある部屋で快適でした。また機会があったら泊まりたい。

很棒的住宿經驗，下次旅遊花蓮會再來

老闆娘人很親切，房間設備都滿新的！早晨起來窗外的美景很漂亮！唯一一個小缺憾是沒有附免洗拖鞋，在意衛生的可能要自備自己的拖鞋！另外如果自家車長度比較長的話要注意，小巷子左轉進來要小心。

Everything was perfect. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful! He even drove us to the train station and helped us renting a scooter. He showed us places to eat and helped with a problem I had with my easy card. Room was very nice, bed very comfy, from the nice shower you could even see the ocean! Perfect!

隔音效果可再改進，整體還可以

在小巷中的民宿。設備完善，舒適。且附近滿多吃的，還有公園步道可以運動非常方便。走路3分鐘就可到7-11推推。只是隔音效果有點差，在二樓一直聽到一樓其他旅客的聊天聲音滿吵的。

一定要入住超值享受的選擇！

入住時接待很用心預備和說明，除了有庭院可以停車，入門也有室內拖可以更換，即便小黑蚊很厲害，也都在櫃檯預備防蚊液給我們使用；環境真的很精心的設計和保養，特別是地磚的挑選和鋪設，讓整體更加分。此外還有很溫馨又寬大的交誼廳，滿滿的抱枕和坐墊，讓我們一起同遊同住的朋友們有個開心的空間享受。 房內不僅有落地窗，空間也很寬敞，用品、衛浴設備也很完整，同時燈具照明也設計成很多階段和模式，可以經由調整感受不同氛圍，也達到環保省電的效益，少見的貼心和用心!
