Our stay was very nice. No complaints on the room or the building/ area. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the front desk staff. One gentleman in particular was very off-putting. We were already checked in and my sister arrived from the airport with her 2 small girls asleep. 1 in the stroller and another over her shoulder. Her check in was at 12 and it was 8 am. She had previously been told earlier check-in wasn't a problem but when she arrived this man told her she'd have to wait. I told her to wait in our room, which has a living sitting area. He said she wasn't allowed up until check in and that she'd have to wait in the lobby or elsewhere until checkin. I asked if at least the sleeping childing could come up and he was hesitant before finally allowing me to take them upstairs. I took them up and came down to keep my sister company when the guy said there was actually a room available. I'm certain he was looking to get some under the table cash and was willing to let my nieces suffer until he got his way.

The room was comfortable and the location was perfect.

Excellent hotel. Spacious and clean room with all the amenities you need. The room was serviced every day and to perfection! The highlight was breakfast- so delicious!!

We stayed only a night. The room was clean and the staff friendly. The building looks a bit old but good in general.
