A very friendly spot

Eva homestay was perfect for us! Great location, room with a nice terrace and a very friendly and helpful owner. We arrived early due to a night train and were treated very kindly: welcome drink, a chance to change our room if we needed one ready, tips on what to do/see while they kept our luggage… so many little things so very helpful when you want to enjoy your time in Hue!

Eva homestay is a nice place that you can choose if you visit Hue and want to stay central. The small minus point is that the homestay does not have a nice view and the accommodation is not in top condition. The host was very helpful and friendly

No elevator. I booked 3 rooms (2 rooms for 5 days, 1 room for 2 days, 2 persons per room). The first question the owner asked me (Do you want to upgrade? Upgrade for what? Lower level-for how much? Bla bla bla…or you can take one bigger room at lower level in exchange for 2 rooms you booked, the prices I (the owner) posted on Expedia was years ago, now they are much higher, bla,bla,…I do not want to continue the conversation,etc.

Great value no frills hotel with motorbike rental

This is a five star review for a two night stay. You must consider hotel cost when rating the Eva. It was half the price of all of our other stays in Vietnam. Room: bed a little hard but this tracks with Vietnamese hotel bed standards. Fridge did not work. There is no safe in room. The air conditioner is incredibly strong and can be left on even when you leave the room which is important as we were leaving and coming back frequently due to the heat. I wish they provided hair conditioner as only one packet of 3-in-1 was given. For the price this room was exceptional. Service: we rented a motorbike for the same cost as at other rental places yet felt safe knowing it is the owners own bike and not through a third party. There was no issue with it, and I feel she would have been good to deal with if there was any damage which cannot always be said of independent renters of bikes. Overall would stay again if looking to save money as this is a great deal. At this price all I expect is a clean room with a decent bed, strong AC, and a working shower.

un tres bel accueil

Excellent accueil et tres aimable. Le petit dejeuner est tres bon et la proprietaire offre plein de conseils et d aide. Malheureusement sans ascenseur donc armez vous de courage si vous avez de gros bagages parce qu il faudra les monter a pied soit meme. Le logement est bien placé pas trop loin de la cité imperiale.

Eva‘s Homestay war einfach super. Ich bin nach einer langer Zugfahrt bereits in der Früh angekommen. Das Zimmer konnte ich zu dieser Uhrzeit bereits beziehen. In dieser Zimmer habe ich so gut geschlafen, dass ich kaum wieder rauswollte. Die Besitzerin war zudem super nett und hat alles rund um die Unterkunft und Sehenswürdigkeiten erklärt. Wenn ihr in Hue seit, kommt zu Eva. Hier gibt es alles was du brauchst, zwar kein Luxus, aber was will man für 12 Euro auch erwarten. Es ist sauber, die Besitzerin herzlich und das Bett ein Traum.

Very nice hotel for the price. Clean rooms, well maintained and comfortable bed. Located a few minutes from restaurants and busy area (pedestrian street on week-end) The owner was very friendly and available, she took very good care of our group. Included breakfast made to order (about 5-10 options) was excellent and accompanied with fresh fruits. Kids (and adults) loved the chocolate banana pancake!!

Eva was amazing. Our family of four stayed for two nights. It was a great location and very affordable. But the best part was Eva - she was very friendly and accommodating, she helped us set up a city tour, directed us to good restaurants and generally made our stay wonderful.

Tolles Homestay, tolle Menschen

Wir wurden von der ersten Sekunde an mit offenen Armen und Herzen empfangen und von vorne bis hinten verwöhnt wo es ging. Eva und das ganze Personal sind liebevoll und herzlich, kümmern sich, beantworten Fragen und man fühlt sich wie ein Teil der Familie. Die Zimmer sind super, Betten komfortabel und Frühstück sehr gut für Vietnam. Wir haben uns unfassbar wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Eva is amazing. Her English is very good and she went above and beyond to help us enjoy Hue. She is the best host and her place is very clean and comfortable. I stayed in some 5 star places in Da Lat and Lang Co and her service is on par with those. I would rather stay at Eva’s place than any other in Hue.
