“The staff it’s really nice and helpful. This is my 1st hostel so I didn’t know what to expect but the property is well maintained, the breakfast top notch and the building clean overall. The only issue I have was when others are coming late and they don’t respect people are trying to sleep (but if you are in a group and all of you are together you don’t have to worry about it) this is not a facility issue. ”

“Beim einchecken war der Herr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Herrberge ist kinderfreundlich und laut. Es wird täglich gereinigt. Deshalb gehe ich davon aus, dass es sauber ist. Das Internet ist vom Zimmer aus sehr schwach gewesen und ist immer abgestürzt.”

“Location of property is in excellent position for transport, walking and shopping. I complained about noise but no reply. I was there for almost 3 weeks. Curtains in my room were broken. The corridor to my room had a disgusting smell. The cleaning staff were excellent and were very helpful. Coffee machine was not always working. Advertised fruit and croissants not always available even before 08:00am.”
