Space needs at least two more AC units and definitely one of those on first floor for the size. "Little musty, super loud dehumidifier running and loud upstairs noise including a dog until very late. No wifi despite it being advertised. I asked in a message but received no response. No working TV. Bedroom is just fine, squeaky bed, but the futon is like sleeping on deck furniture. Proximity to Penn State was very convenient. "
