There were a couple of issues related to the snow and extremely cold weather, but Dawn went well out of her way to accommodate our group and make sure we were situated. "Stayed here for our son's graduation. Prices were reasonable compared to other hotels, as it WAS Graduation weekend.The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful, but the staff for the breakfast service were not friendly at all! Breakfast was not the best. Its minimal to say the least and they close it up at 9:30 am! Seriously that is just so early compared to other hotels! Rooms are clean, bathroom too! Beds are ok (not the most comfortable) although when my husband pulled the covers out, two dog bones fell out of the bottom of the bed! One thing is for sure...we did NOT bring a dog with us! Not many bells and whistles so to speak, but overall it was fine for what we needed as is was nearly impossible to find a reservation for Graduation Weekend! "
