The Space:
As you step into our enchanting bungalow, you are greeted by comfort and style at its finest. The building's humble origins as a garage have been thoughtfully transformed into a private sanctuary, characterized by its high-arching ceiling which adds an intimate, yet spacious feel.

The suite is perfectly tailored for two guests, featuring a cozy bedroom lavishly supplied with plush linens and extra pillows, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. A meticulously designed bathroom ensures your comfort, stocked with essential toiletries and a readily available hairdryer.

A gourmet's delight, the kitchen showcases a modern, open-concept design. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, and all the cooking basics you might need, it invites you to embrace your culinary imagination. This glorious space allows you to savor your homemade meals or coffee from our coffee maker.

Lounging is made easy in our inviting living area, featuring an inbuilt indoor fireplace perfect for cooler nights. Treat yourself to your favorite TV shows or stay connected with our high-speed WiFi throughout your stay. Step outside to the enclosed yard, where a BBQ grill awaits your use. Whether soaking up sunshine in the day or stargazing at night, the charming patio or balcony offers an outside sanctuary.

Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the entire suite, including the enclosed yard. Entry is self-regulated via a smart lock, no need for key exchanges or meet ups. Abundant parking is on premises, and is also suitable for larger vehicles, including trucks and boats.

The Neighborhood:
Neighborhood is middle class with recently remodeled homes. It is one street over from the main road (Danville Rd) which will take you to Beltline Rd. The area is quiet. Neighbors are friendly.

Getting Around:
Ample parking space for all types of vehicles, too include trucks with boats.

There are some stores that are in walking distance. But a vehicle is preferred.

Decatur, Alabama offers an array of culturally rich attractions, putting you in close proximity to Wilson Morgan Park, Cook Museum of Natural Science, Delano Park, Point Mallard Park and Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center. Our property is the perfect springtime retreat, sitting at the heart of Alabama's seasonal transformation. Our bungalow's BBQ grill and pleasing backyard serve as the perfect backdrop for a Memorial Day grill party. For the Independence Day festivities, step out into the lively local scene and return to the comfort of our home.

It's worth noting the welcoming local atmosphere, with friendly neighbors and a vibrant local nightlife offering charming bars, cafes, and restaurants like Mellow Mushroom and Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q, showcasing a taste of Alabama.
