We had one of the apartments, which is very spacious. The place is simplistic for a b&b. There was no provided soap and the shover door doesn’t close properly. This was disappointing. "

"I arrived late, when informing the hotel about the late arrivale they called and explain procedure, which was good.
Arrived, really cold room, around 15-16 degrees according to my best guess, no warmwater when I wanted to take my shower in the morning. When I explain and ask for compensation when checking out, the person had no authority and left a message to the manager / owner and promised that he should call me back same day. 4 days later still no call.. "

"We loved this hotel. The location is amazing. You can walk right down to the beach. We saw deer frolicking in the morning. The breakfast was incredible. Probably the best breakfast I've ever had a hotel. And they were really amazing with kids. They gave my kids coloring books when we checked-in and they could do activities to get little prizes."

The lack of breakfast was a major minus, the snack bar did not cut it really. "Automated check-in system, which can be a bit impersonal for guests used to more traditional systems. However, the staff were great and very keen to help. For the price paid, I felt a little short-changed. The bedroom and bathroom really need an update although the bed was comfortable and I slept well. The evening meal buffet was basic but tasty and quite good value for around £23. Breakfast was also basic but adequate and included in the price. Internet speed was great. The location was quiet and in the countryside and suited my purposes well. The big plus was the staff! "

Our room was very spacious and there was a common kitchen for cooking which we took advantage of as there was a grocery store close by (short drive but would have been walkable). Lots of character. The couch in our bedroom was a bit shabby but we spent our time downstairs visiting with other guest and the manager. "
