"This is a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and my first choice in Alicante. The rooms are comfortable, clean and a good size. This time I got a room looking out on the Main Street, which is nice, if a little bit noisy (I don’t like AC so I sleep with the window open. Next time I would request a room with a balcony. Be careful to listen to reception instructions as the Reception generally isn’t staffed after midnight, you will have a key code to let yourself in after a late walk on the promenade. The hotel is very close to everything, the Harbour, the Beach and Shops Really lovely place There are no catering (breakfast) available but there are lots nearby"

"Hotel room not kept clean, bathroom drain was not working we had to dry manually with towels , several times we complained they said someone will look in to it, never fixed in two weeks time , Restaurant staff was very rude not hygiene rules were followed, , she was coughing while serving over buffet, breakfast was very basic and water melons, pineapple was mainly off despite of what we spoke and complaining they did not bother to taste and replace with fresh ones! It was Really bad experiences our money wasted and l would never recommend that hotel to anyone!!!!"

"Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was gorgeous, the bed was comfy and the view looking out on to the square was lovely. The views from the rooftop bar were also great, however, it was closed when we went to get a drink. The great thing about this hotel is its location, perfect for the beach and exploring the city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly too, they booked a taxi for us for our early morning return to the airport so we didn’t need to worry. We would 100% stay here again and will recommend to friends and family."

"Firstly the hotel was very clean and the housekeeping staff exceptional. Room attended daily and very clean. Unfortunately, we booked a 'loft' sea view room, we got the lovely Seaview, but was put on the second floor, which seemed to be a theme for all UK visitors!, and further more above the GYMNASIUM! Every morning around 6.20am, we were woken to the awful sound of banging equipment, weights being dropped on the floor and sometimes music! What was meant to be our relaxing break away, well was anything but! Surely a LOFT room, means a loft, high up. Front desk did offer us another room, but on the same floor again! And the room much smaller which was not what we had paid a lot of money for! Spa was nice, although certain amenities not working, and for even a hotel rate of 25 euros to use, is not acceptable, the spa should be free of charge for people staying surely? Especially spending 1,500 GBP for a 4 night stay!! We were also told on check in, that if we booked a 75min treatment that day, spa use would be included with 10% also off. But on check out found we were misinformed (again) and wasn't the case! So a higher bill of course. Raised but NOTHING done! Poor. Breakfast started off well first day but got progressively worse as week went on! Not much replenishing, so literally toast and butter all week and a pastry! For nearly 1,500 pounds, overall extremely unhappy. WiFi a constant issue!! Dropping in and out, and NO TV! All channels in Spanish!! Ridiculous."
