“A clean, spacious, modern hotel. The reception staff is very helpful and nice who impressed me a lot. The food is fresh and delicious but the coffee is just OK. The outside swimming pool is suitable for kids only. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It’s hot without air conditioning right now.”

Das gesamte Personal war immer herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man merkt sofort, dass Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich gelebt wird. Auch das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Das Buffet bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann, und selbst kurz vor Schluss wurde noch alles liebevoll aufgefüllt. “This is a charming small hotel in the small, medieval town of Labin. It is right on the town square with historic sites, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large and comfortable with a very nice bathroom with two sinks and a shower. The high point of our stay was Sema, the manager. She assured that everything was perfect from the room to the amazing included breakfast to arranging transport and experiences.”

“I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.”

“Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in bester Lage. Ich habe sogar 2 Nächte verlängert! Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom historischen Stadtzentrum Labins entfernt. Das Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man kann es auch auf der gemütlichen Terrasse genießen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.”

“Located right at the start of the Jadranska Mgistrala, this is a great place to start a trip on the iconic road. The rooms are basic, befitting of the communist era building, which retains its original charm. Lovely breakfast included. Staff all very good. I would stay here again.”

“This is a very remote area, so it was extremely peaceful and beautiful. Food options are well over 20 mi or more away. It is off season, a lot of places around were closed, including the nature activities. If you are looking for a serene retreat this if your place, I would have loved to use the pool but it was out of season. Beautiful traditional stone house.”

“Wir hatten fünf Zimmer gebucht, jedoch hatten sie nur eins für uns reserviert, da überbucht und wir mussten zu fünft in einem Zimmer übernachten. Sie waren lösungsorientiert, jedoch nicht ganz mit der IT vertraut.”
