"Amazing hotel with excellent staff. The rooms are well appointed and the hotel has outstanding views to the city. The staff is wonderful in all aspects of hospitality! Only 2 draw backs - area around hotel underdeveloped and lots of barking dogs as this hotel sits in residential neighborhood. Steep hill to get to property kept one drivers car from being able to make it and had to take alternate path that added 10 mins. "

"What an extraordinary experience. My family of five (all adults) stayed here for Thanksgiving week. The house is beautiful, immaculate, spacious. Every bedroom has a spectacular view, and the multiple decks, garden and pool provided plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The staff were friendly, attentive and experienced. I highly recommend engaging Rangel for transportation, Lara for cooking the most delicious breakfasts and Humberto for arranging anything else. Yazmin can arrange guided tours with Carlos, a charming young man who is very well versed in Oaxacan culture and history. Treat yourself and stay here!"
