“The hotel is a very nice and up to date. The on problem for us was the beds were too small and uncomfortable and there’s a lot of outside noise that you can hear from inside the rooms. Makes it difficult for a goodnight sleep if you are a light sleeper.”

“The hotel sells day passes to the pool area so it is effectively unusable for hotel guests. Every day there will be more day pass guests than there are lounge chairs and there are always numerous children. The hotel staff also so not enforce the rules of the pool at all. We had to leave the hotel for a ssh because the local children were screaming so loudly and so constantly that we couldn’t even be in our room… let alone the pool area. I asked the staff if they would enforce the rules and they……

“Primer día no hubo agua caliente, nos bañamos con agua fría y el segundo casi no caía agua, supongo que se estaban bañando en otra habitación y perdió presión el agua, la mesera del restaurante mal humorada y hacía caras sino le parecía algo, una chica en especial nos atendió muy bien incluso después de la hora del cierre, nos hizo la cena sin ningún problema… de ahí en fuera todo muy bien”

“El personal es muy amable pero mal las amenities , no hay aviso de que la alberca está en mantenimiento, las toallas están muy viejas y percudidas, paredes sucias. Solicitamos en dos ocasiones cambio de sábanas y no lo hicieron.”

“When we got there, we were very disappointed.. Room was nowhere close to what I thought I booked, it felt like we were in a bunker. There was no lobby and process to check-in was via self check-in. It gave us Airbnb vibes. On the bright side the location is a 100/10, bed was SOLID, and TV was modern enough to AirPlay content from our phone. Also, cleaning lady was the best.”
