“This is our third time staying at The Surf Yamba and honestly I don’t want to stay anywhere else! We were in Yamba for 2 nights but The Surf was only available for one. While our other nights accommodation wasn’t cheap, wow did we appreciate The Surf that much more when we checked in. It’s all the little things that just add up to a marvellous stay. “Everything during our stay was very good - The view, the amenities and the tidiness of the room. I only wish there was a lift to the second floor.”

“Family trip. We wish we could stay there longer to enjoy the silent ambient and also the facilities. We have a big room and it is very convenience to parking our car directly at the front door of our "house". We encountered a snake at the pool and the staff there attended it and helped monitor it to ensure we feel safe. ”

“The location is great (a short walk to main, convent and pippi beaches) and reception staff are super lovely. The residence itself is like a time capsule from 1990 - everything is very tired and run down but functional, we honestly only slept there so it didn't bother us too much as we booked for the location which was close to our friends house on Ocean Street. Kitchen could have been a bit cleaner, some of the cutlery was dirty and there was lots of crumbs in the utensil drawers but……

We surprisingly found it is just next to the very beautiful 'Old Fig Trees' which is a must see attraction in the town. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. Highly recommended if you are traveling around the area. ”
