-Café com poucos itens. -Cardápio com poucos itens. -Alimentos razoáveis, apenas corretos (de ambos acima). -Clima, "ambience", "alegria de um monastério". Não há nem música ambiente! -Funcionários educados, porém "robotizados", sem empatia. -O pior, pois envolve uma questão sanitária: vazamento do banheiro de cima em nossas cabeças. Pedimos para consertar, disseram que consertaram e mentiram. No check-out refizemos a reclamação. Nos disseram que "outros apartamentos também tinham reclamado". E eu pergunto: não vão fazer nada? -Outra questão sanitária: baratas. Solução óbvia, nem vou citar. -O melhor: a praia linda, porém com o aviso de que é para quem quer descansar pois não há nada além disso. É praticamente deserta. -Ao final fica a impressão que falta um gestor que vá ao hotel todos os dias, viva a realidade e implemente uma modernização. Parece faltar uma boa "chacoalhada". Está tudo meio morto.
