“We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. “Lovely Breakfast, worth the extra cost, Great Hotel, nice and quiet, and such a lovely friendly helpful Welcome 😊 However was a very Small room with a small bathroom, a bit too small.! Bed was awful, could feel ALL the lumpy Springs.! Got No Sleep 1st night due to bed being so terrible, so on the 2nd night we got an extra duvet cover to put on top of the mattress.! Otherwise, location was good and staff were excellent and property was clean!”
