It might be a fire hazard.Posted May 27, 2015 on Hotels
I didn't like that the room had no window. The hotel actually have rooms located in the building, with no windows; this is can be a fire trap, in case of fire.

Pleasant experiencePosted May 5, 2015
Pros: The hotel rooms are situation are located on the 5th floor of a building which housed a small shopping mall, so very convenient location
Cons: Water pressure was extremely low and could be raised a couple of psi. Better sound insulation from the street noise
Location: Museums nearby along with shopping in the same building. A major mall was a short taxi ride away,
Check-in was seamless and a to see a room upgrade to a suite when we entered the room. Large and spacious . Light traffic noise could be heard but was not distracting.

Ok but not so great.Posted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: The friendly security guards.
Cons: More choices of food and drinks in the restaurant.
Location: Taxi drivers told us there's not a lot of things to do in Iloilo. The "Museo Iloilo" is just a stone throw away.
The main lobby is located on a fourth floor of a busy building where there's a supermarket, fastfood place, small kiosk's and small stores. The breakfast buffet food included in our stay was always the same, staff are not so friendly in the restaurant except for the security guards who always have big smiles on their faces. When we asked the reception about something, it took them 24 hours to get back to us to give us answer.

regarding poor customer service!Posted Apr 18, 2013 on Hotels
poor customer service was rendered by the chinese assistant manager. He should learn to be more courteous. He was arrogant and rude!!! I booked for 2 rooms and later found out that 1 room was cancelled. I paid the 2 rooms 6 months prior to my arrival. I told him that it is impossible for the other room to be cancelled becoz I have one confirmation number for 2 rooms. He let us wait for 4 hours before allowing us to check in what's worst.. he kept us waiting in the lobby for hours until I demanded him to give us 1 room where all of us can stay and wait. They gave us a room after 4 hours and was never even apologetic of their mistakes. He kept on insisting that it is the fault of Expedia and Days Hotel Iloilo encountered the same problem a week prior to our arrival. What we are asking at least he should have given us 1 room immediately before he clarify things with expedia for the other room which we paid 6 months ago and we are staying there for 4 days 3 nights because of our convention. He was very rude and unfriendly!!! This will be my first and my last stay in DAYS HOTEL!!!

great locationPosted Jun 9, 2012 on Hotels
The staff in the restaurant remembered me from the few times I stayed in the hotel in 2009 or 3 years ago - that's amazing!
