The challenge is the property is a 10-15 minute walk, along a main road, to any restaurant or cafe, etc. There's a 7-11 nearby, but apart from that, you're alongside a busy road and a highway off-ramp ... and not much else.
If you have a car, this is no issue. But for us, with two young kids, and of course……
