“Based on the booking website this is a hotel. However, the staff said they are different than a hotel. Therefore, don't expect the same standards or service level from a normal hotel. Check in time is 4:00pm, and check out time is 11:00am. Will not stay again.”

“Cute apartment, clean and with air conditioning, and good location. Our only issue was with check-in. There is a common lockbox and after 7 hours of train delays, we arrived in the dark of night to find there wasn’t a key for us. Amazingly the hosts replied when we called at almost midnight and they did sort it out and come give us a key. However, we were just getting into bed when another family arrived and opened the door, claiming they had rented this apartment. We noticed they had taken our……

“The location was great, 25 minutes to train station, We used it as our base and trained to Brussels, Bruges, Antwerp. Came in on bus Flix bus from Amsterdam, maybe 40 minutes to walk from Dampoort bus. Only thing we wished had was broom dustpan that we could have swept as dirt from shoes.Steep steps but we had bigger suitcase and a small one and was great. I love the self check in and keep day door so you don’t have to have a keyClean, well equipped”
