The area where this house is located is spectacular, full of life and pleasure to be with family or friends. The house is lined with stone and maintains the Mallorcan style. The house has all the amenities, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 stone-lined living room where you can observe the landscape and also the pool and a kitchen with everything necessary to cook as if you were at home. It has air conditioning and heating in all rooms. A large garden to enjoy with children, being controlled at all times. You can also read a book under a tree, listening only to the sounds of birds. The saltwater pool blends in with the environment and landscape of this estate. In short, it is the house of your dreams... The good location of this estate means that in less than 30 minutes you can be on the beaches of northern Mallorca, also 25 minutes from the capital Palma, as well as 5 minutes from the supermarkets in Inca. The area is in a spectacular landscape setting. For cycling enthusiasts, this property has a place to store bicycles, clean them, and more. 2 km from Inca, one of the most important cities in Mallorca, where you can find all services, bars, restaurants, banks, and supermarkets. This house is located in the centre of Mallorca, away from the hustle and bustle. The property has an alarm with security cameras at the entrance of the house and in the dining room, which are only active during the winter months, as the owners live there the rest of the year.
