There was no front desk representative available. I had to call and waited until 3pm to meet the rep and checked-in. The room was clean. The selling point of this hotel is the airport shuttle. It runs average every 15 minutes.

Ideal location if you’ve got an early flight from Incheon, really easy to get taxi or free shuttle to airport. Gentleman at reception was really kind and helpful, explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. I got a little confused at checkout by the screen but I think that may just be user error

What ever you do.....do not get there before 3 pm! there is no-one on the front desk and apparently the kiosk thing does not work because there is a taped on note that says someone will be there at 3. In all fairness the security guard for the building did help us put our bags behind the front desk, but they could easily be stolen when the guard went on his rounds. On the flip-side of the review is the room was very spacious, clean and nicely laid out. However the largest plus was the free airport shuttle stopped right across the street.

Stayed here for two nights and loved it. The room and bathroom were very clean. The AC worked very well which was important due to the hot summer. The staff was nice but they do push for an early check out (around 10am instead of 11am as stated in the policy) so watch out for that.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient for us because we used a luggage storage service in the building right next door. We didn’t realize how close it was until we arrived, and it made our trip so much easier. Another big advantage was the complimentary airport shuttle. It picks you up from Terminal 1 and takes you directly to the hotel, and it also provides transportation back to the airport, which was very convenient. The hotel was comfortable, and everything worked well for our short stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We are a family of four an stayed in one room to rest after a long flight before heading to Seoul. Hotel Hu was a short distance a free shuttle from the airport, kind service, and basic room amenities. It was near food and walking trails. It was a very nice stay.

20 minutes shuttle bus drive to the hotel. Although it took us some time to figure out which bus and where to take. Room was spacious and clean. Although hotel is older, it had pretty much everything we needed except universal power plugs/ adapters. Air conditioner was quite loud. Newly renovated bathroom was appreciated. (shower only, no tub). Beds were comfortable enough, Asian style, firm. It was perfect for a 20 hour layover transiting to another country.

The staff wasn't there and I had some problems of using the kiosk to check in. However, the stuff did come down when I called the number. The amenities are barebone and outdated. It's okay for transit. However I cannot charge my phone because the outlet was different and I hadn't had that problem in previous stays in Korea. The good thing is there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

The room was well-equipped-kitchette, washer/dryer, great shower, complimentary water for each guest, a/c, fan, security monitor at door, tv. The front desk staff, especially the day manager, were friendly and helpful! Free bus to and from the airport right outside the hotel, as well as taxi service. Several convenience stores, great eating spots and bars nearby.

The hotel is in a good location with lots of restaurants around and very short walk to the beach. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but is showing its age. Overall pleasant experience.

This hotel was honestly very disappointing. It feels more like a creepy nursing home or hospital, with long, dark corridors that make the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. The room itself is decent but very worn down, and the windows are covered with plastic, so you can’t even see outside — which makes the stay feel even more closed off. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially considering that for the same price you can stay at the luxury hotel right across the street. That said, the location is convenient: it’s close to the airport, there is a free shuttle service, shopping options in the building, and easy access to the aforementioned luxury hotel with great restaurants, entertainment for kids, and better overall facilities.

Don't keep looking... just book it! My check in was very lackluster, however, my stay overall was amazing! We were in walking distance of 4 different subway-train lines and dozens and dozens of food options. Not to mention the views of the city and garden walks were amazing!

There was a free shuttle bus which runs around terminals and the business complex areas stops right outside the hotel so it was very convenient. The hotel was outdated but spacious and the self check in-out was relatively easy. A convenient store was located in the building so overall good enough as a reasonable transit stay for families.

It's a dog friendly hotel. super convince to go to airport t1 t2 by AICC shuttle bus. easy to find good food. but cause it's near the airport, the noise of take off will impact ur sleep. and one more thing, the dog need extra charge.

The room was big but furnitures were old. It was more of an airbnb style with kitchen, stove, microwave oven, big ref etc. We felt relaxed because we had more room.
