"Great location and quiet area. Nice indoor pool with jacuzzi. Continental breakfast was ok, all clean and fresh. Excellent service from people in front desk or reception, especially Christian. He did a great welcome to us. The only sour moment we had was at the end when we were leaving on Monday morning. My daughter decided last minute going to the public restroom in the first floor. There was a hotel employee cleaning the women restroom and that adult started calling ugly “names” in spanish to my daughter when she tried to get a feminine towel from the dispenser. My daughter is bilingual, and understood very well everything that the adult told her. It was not very nice and very unprofessional. My wife was really upset but we decided not making any scene and just leave the property. Really sad that all the nice work from other employees and good customer service is lost for one person that is not very happy for what she is doing at work, and a minor ends paying for her frustrations. We still love the property and service. We are going back!!"
