“We didn't care for how open and steep the steps were for our 2nd floor room. When we got to our room the door lock was broken. We reported it and it was repaired immediately, for which we were grateful. It had not been reported to the office before by anyone. We asked for a different room, but they were full. We felt much more secure and able to leave our valuables once it was repaired. The staff was friendly and obliging.”
