“We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was more than big enough with lots of extra beds. The kids enjoyed all the games. The surrounding trees were a peaceful setting. Communication was quick as the water wasn't on when we arrived and they took care of it right away. It was also very warm and stuffy when we arrived and it took awhile to cool down since there is no AC. Even with the fans and windows open it didn't cool down as much as we hoped. It would be nice if the AC units on the wall were……

“No AC! I had no idea until arrival. The thermostat showed cool and heat so we thought it wasn’t working. Tried calling our contact Gregory 3 times and got a recording that my call would be returned within 24 hours. Not acceptable! He texted me back the next morning at 6 am and woke us up. Said the home had no AC and to use the house fan and close everything up during the day. It was 83 degrees in the house. We also were not told the back deck was being rebuilt until the day before we left……

“This is such a cool house. Super clean, comfortable, and plenty of room for my family of 5, including small children. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and the backyard faces Billy Creek and a forest area. There is a trailhead just a couple of houses down for an easy stroll to the creek. Everything we needed was within 10 minutes: groceries, parks, restaurants, and coffee. The house came stocked with coffee, cookware, and plenty of cups/bowls/plates. There were also a bunch of fun board……
