Clay was very informative about the villa and very easy to reach when needed, there is a giant jetted tub in the basement a great shower on the main level with 104 degree water! What a location! This charming house is a block away from Broad Ripple, a street filled with charming coffee shops, delicious restaurants, cheeky bars and great shopping.
