Converted one room schoolhouse near Martinsville, Indiana built in 1899. Beautiful country setting nestled up to Morgan-Monroe State Forest. 4 wineries and several wedding venues nearby. 20 minutes to Indiana University, 30 minutes to historic Nashville Indiana and 35 minutes to downtown Indianapolis. Enjoy the outdoors with plenty of hiking and biking trails. Relax on one of three decks and take in the beauty of the surrounding area. Inside you'll find a spacious living area downstairs complete with living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer and a full bath with a walk-in shower. The upstairs features a bedroom with a king-sized bed, a workout area and full bathroom with a large soaking tub. Don't miss this chance to enjoy the beauty and wonder of South Central Indiana.
