Faltou um ar-condicionado na sala onde fica o sofa cama. Os funcionários são atenciosos e atenderam os nossos pedidos. O apartamento fica praticamente na areia da praia. Pena que não ficamos em um apartamento de frente pro mar. "

"Lamentablemente nuestra última experiencia en el Hotel Slaviero Ingleses Convention fue muy decepcionante. Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel. En las dos ocasiones anteriores todo había sido correcto, por lo que volvimos con confianza, siendo además personas mayores que buscamos tranquilidad y seguridad durante nuestras vacaciones. Durante nuestra estadía en la habitación 2211 faltaron 90 dólares de una billetera que estaba dentro de una cartera en la habitación. Es decir, alguien tuvo que abrir la billetera y retirar el dinero. Lo más preocupante no fue solamente la pérdida del dinero, sino la respuesta del hotel. Básicamente indicaron que no podían asumir ninguna responsabilidad porque no había “evidencias” y sugirieron que el dinero debería haberse guardado en la caja de seguridad. Entendemos que el hotel quiera respaldar a su personal, pero como huéspedes esperábamos al menos una investigación más seria o una solución acorde a la situación, sobre todo considerando que somos clientes que ya nos habíamos hospedado anteriormente. Después de tres visitas al hotel, nos vamos con una enorme desilusión. Lamentablemente, la confianza que teníamos en el establecimiento se perdió completamente. Compartimos esta experiencia simplemente para que otros huéspedes estén informados."

"I had a great stay at Oceania Park Hotel in Ingleses. The location is super convenient, about 2 blocks from the beach, so it’s easy to go back and forth during the day. The room was clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the nighttime lighting: in our room it felt a bit dim, and there were no bedside table lamps, which would’ve made it much nicer for reading or winding down at night. One of the highlights was the hotel’s pool area and garden, both were very pleasant and well kept, a great spot to relax. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. And a big bonus: the hotel provides beach chairs and an umbrella you can take with you to the beach, which was honestly awesome and made beach days a lot easier. Overall a solid option in Ingleses specially the location. "

"Nadia was a great host, super responsive and considerate. Communication was very easy and she took the time to explain us every detail. The apartment was great and bigger than in the photos. The car park is big enough for two cars and it was great to have an umbrella and chairs for the beach. I’d highly recommend it. "
