I love everything

The hotel was okay overall, but unfortunately, I don’t think I would stay here again. I typically stay in the Buckhead area, but decided to try something different this time. While the location was convenient for my needs, the surrounding area had a noticeable number of people experiencing homelessness, which impacted my overall impression of the location. The room itself was very nice, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. I could see this being a great option for someone who prioritizes a stylish atmosphere and wants nice photo opportunities. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The restaurant was not my favorite, and when I ordered food to go, I waited approximately 30 minutes for my order. The elevators were also a major inconvenience. I stayed on the 17th floor and, despite the hotel having six elevators, I waited approximately 35 minutes for an elevator at one point. Overall, the hotel has a nice aesthetic and the room itself was enjoyable, but the location, restaurant experience, and especially the elevator wait times made the stay less convenient than I would have liked. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself returning.

This is our 4th time staying at Hotel Granada in the last two months, and once again, we’ve had such a wonderful experience! From the very beginning, the valets have been an absolute delight every single time we’ve visited. Especially the one working last night, September 25th—he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff have always been helpful and accommodating. The inside of the hotel has such an old-school Cuban feel that gives it so much character and charm. ❤️ The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous and such a beautiful place to relax. The rooms are a great size, and the bathrooms are just as nice. The showerhead is amazing—the water pressure is perfect, and the water gets good and HOT! 🙌 And the bed… probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! The mattress is incredibly comfortable, the pillows are soft and fluffy, and the comforter is cozy without being too heavy. It really feels like they’ve thought of the little things that make a stay comfortable. We absolutely love staying here and will definitely continue coming back! ❤️

I liked the room set up two bed the living room. The kitchen and the bathroom. Also I liked the piedmont ball room as well. Thank you all for letting us party and sleep there. Until we return there.
